IPC Media signs up for AdTarget
 
IPC Media, a division of Time Warner and the UK's largest magazine publisher, has signed an agreement to implement the AdTarget Total Targeting Platform across their vertical websites starting with www.horseandhound.co.uk . Adprecision will host new searchable directories and serve contextual and behaviourally targeted products and services ads.
